  • Half Day Tour: "South Tyrol Wine Road"

    Meet your driver and private guide at your accommodation in Bolzano and begin your half-day tour to the South Tyrol Wine Road, a truly paradise for the wine lovers! Stop at a wine cellar in one of the villages where you will have a guided tour of its cellar, learn about the wine making process then followed by a wine tasting. Continue along the wine road and stop for a walking tour of village of Termeno-Tramin the spiritual home of Gewürztraminer (which translates as“spice carrier” for its spicy, exotic notes). Visit the  Wine museum where you will learn the interesting history of the Gewuerztraminer followed by a tasting of this wine but with different origins: a local, a French one and one from overseas.

  • A day in a Farm FROM CORN TO BREAD or FROM HEY TO MILK Workshop

    Enjoy a half day in the middle of the nature and visit an authentic Bauernhof – South Tyrolean Farm. Departure from your hotel and transfer to Bolzano and to the cable car station. In only 8 minutes reach San Genesio, a charming little mountain village just above Bolzano. Once there, meet the Farmer Fabian that will take you on a short walk through the forest, to reach his family’s farm. Here you will visit the stables, see the animals, the vineyards and the mill and the barn , learn the activity and products of the
    farm and how’s life on a farm. Two workshops program can be chosen (ahead of time): from Hey to Milk, where you will learn how milk is made and learn how to do fresh butter, and from Corn to Bread, a workshop how to bake fresh bread in the farm outdoor oven using their own flour. Both workshop will end with a light lunch where you will taste the farm’s products, wine and homemade juices. A fun activity for the whole family!
