    Excellent quality dishes are going to spoil your palate

    Since 1926 the Michelin stars are awarded to a small number of restaurants of outstanding quality. The list of the starred restaurants is published in the so-called “Michelin guide”, the oldest and the best-known European hotels and restaurants guide published every year in different editions.

    Also South Tyrol boasts some Michelin-starred restaurants listed in the Italian guide “Guida Michelin Italia 2015“ (2015 Michelin Italian Guide). 23 stars, in total, have been awarded to chefs de cuisine in South Tyrol.
